1/2teaspooncollagen(grass-fed beef gelatin powder, found here)
Put the spinach and nut milk in your blender and blitz that until the spinach is just tiny specks.
Then add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
If you have a really nice, high powered blender beast like a Vitamix, good for you: you can skip step 1 and throw everything in together.
Enjoy right away.
